Deposits and waiting list fees are nonrefundable

I require an application to be filled out and to be approved in order to get on a waitlist or reserve on an available litter and or a puppy. Applications will only be given when I post available pups in my FB group and ask for your email, only at that time and not before. Once approved you then may send your waitlist fee or deposit.

Waitlist:

I am not currently taking a waitlist for future maltipoos. Unless it is for a full breed puppy, Maltese or Poodle. There is a fee of $75 (nonrefundable) for each pup. This is NOT applied to the price of a pup. 

I no longer keep a floating list. People tend to linger on and not reserve a pup, creating way too much unnecessary work for me. 

I accept the waiting list fee and deposits only by:

Deposits:

A $200 to $500 Transaction Fee (deposit) is required to hold a pup, depending on price of puppy. This is a nonrefundable fee, if you choose to back out after pup has been reserved. This covers my cost to date for such puppy.

Pups are available to be reserve at 2 weeks old. You will sometimes have a price range at that time, and a set price will be set at 4 or 5 weeks of age. 

I post the date of birth on each litter as well as the ready date of at 9 weeks of age. I need you to plan to pick up your pup between 8 weeks old to 9 weeks of age and if for some reason you can’t, then you must tell me a couple weeks in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. There will be an additional charge of $75 per week to keep a pup past 9 weeks of age. These additional weeks need to be paid upfront. If in any case, you pick up earlier the weekly fee will be deducted from the balance owed.  Unless, of course, I feel like for some reason the pup NEEDS to stay with me longer, there is no fee in this case.

I only use a flight nanny to ship my pups. I will not do cargo shipping! * Sometimes you can fly in yourself and save money (check flight costs) and you can either come to my house or I’ll meet you at Ontario CA airport at no additional cost. To deliver to LAX it is an additional cost of $125
